The gas spring assembly line is a machine that eliminates labor costs, prevents human errors and produces problem-free products. A gas spring is a product where many components come together, many different operations are performed, and these components are assembled in a certain order and produced. The raw materials, the tube and piston rod, undergo many different processes and reach the assembly section. After these processes, the gas spring components must be assembled together.

Basically, gas spring production is divided into two groups as shaft and pipe. The piston that needs to be fixed to the shaft must be riveted, gas and oil must be filled into the tube, the piston rod group and the tube group must be brought together, and the tube part must then be plastered from the end. We can do all these operations with a single assembly lines piston rod surface in order. It takes the tube from the tube section, fills it with oil and places the ready piston rods into the tube. It plasters the exposed tube section. Then it performs the gas filling process. Then it checks the pressures of all the products. If our pressures are not suitable, it prevents that product from continuing and sets it aside.

By doing all these processes with only 1 operator, you can both produce quality, problem-free products and almost eliminate your labor costs.
